How the number transfer works
Today: We confirm your order and payment. Your current phone service stays active and no number is transferred yet.
Next: We’ll contact you, usually within 24 hours, by your preferred method (call, text, or email). A specialist will confirm your device is ready for transfer and collect the information needed to move your number.
Transfer details: You’ll need information from your current carrier, such as your account number and transfer PIN. We’ll guide you through what’s required.
Number transfer: Once everything is ready, we’ll transfer your existing number to your new service and let you know when the process is complete.
If you don’t have your current carrier’s account information available, you can usually obtain it through their app or customer support. Our team is here to help if you need assistance.
